We gratefully acknowledge receipt of your email of 26 June 2007 with which you submitted the 2006–2007 Annual Financial Report for the Continental Board of Counsellors in Asia. It was noted from the report that the Board of Counsellors is holding numerous balances for earmarked funds, some of which date back many years. After carefully reviewing the origins and purposes of these funds, we have decided to reallocate a number of them and therefore request that you make the following adjustments in your records.
Reallocation to the Continental Fund for Asia: Please transfer US$1,992 from Other Earmarked Funds, line item “CIS ABM Literature,” to the Continental Fund.
Reallocations to the International Teaching Centre: Please transfer the following funds, totaling $106,180.91, to the Teaching Centre through the Bahá’í International Fund account you are holding on behalf of the Bahá’í World Centre.
